A Note on Alcholic Beverages
This year the alcohol policy at our events will work as a type of honor bar. You are welcome to order any adult beverage you like at each restaurant. ALA will pay for it at the end of the event, but since ALA has not budgeted for alcoholic beverages, you must reimburse the organization for what you drink. You will be provided a form to to keep a tally of what you ordered. Once the event is over, please return your completed form to Sharon Chappelear who will determine the costs of your beverages based on what the cost is at each restaurant, then she will inform you know what how much you will need to reimburse ALA.
