It is that time again - register for our sure to be fabulous ALA Mid-Year Meeting in exciting Las Vegas, Nevada! The ABA has revamped their website and the opening pages of the Registration Form are a bit different. I would suggest you look over all the information on the Mid-Year Meeting home page before you begin the registration process. Caesar's Palace is the headquarters hotel and the site of our meetings. However you will see that two other hotels are available for hotel reservations with ABA rates. You may want to consider one of these hotels. But, you MUST REGISTER for the ABA Meeting before you can access the hotel portion of the form. As this is the Mid-Year Meeting there is no ABA registration fee. Below I will give you step-by-step instructions for registering. If you have a problem or any questions please give me a call. So, Let's Begin!

STEP 1
This should take you to the home page for the meeting.
Be sure to look at the map of Caesar's Palace to view the various areas of the hotel.
Also look at the Rates/Map/Amenities page to see the other hotel rates and locations.

STEP 2
  • Click on "Register Now"
  • Choose Option 1 and enter your email address. (If this is your first ALA Meeting choose Option 2 and fill out the form. Do not worry, there is no charge.) With Option 1, your name and city should pop up.
  • Click on "Register Now"
  • Category - click "ABA"
  • Badge/Name Info - Fill in designated areas:
  • Name 
  • Title - leave blank
  • Company/Firm/Law School - Fill in "AMERICAN LAWYERS ALLIANCE"
  • Contact Info - fill in
  • MCLE - skip
  • Hotel Accommodations - click if you do not want to make a hotel reservation
  • Emergency Contact - fill in
  • Special Services? - fill in if needed
  • Profile - fill in areas with asterisk

STEP 3
Refer a Colleague Options - skip

STEP 4
Registration Options
  • Member Status - Click non-member

STEP 5
Donate to ABA Fund - continue of donate if you want, then continue

STEP 6
Course Selection - you must fill in each space. Scroll to bottom of options and select last option

STEP 7 
Review Information - you can add a guest or spouse but this is not necessary.

STEP 8
Hotel Accommodations - Click here to make your reservations
After selecting you room and completing the reservation process be sure to read and accept the terms and conditions.
Click on save and confirm.

You should receive your ABA registration and badge number as well as your hotel reservation. This reservation will come directly from the hotel.  You can make changes or cancel your hotel directly with the hotel.

I hope this will help you with the registration/reservation process. It is not a complicated as I have probably made it seem. Good luck!! Please make your hotel reservation ASAP. Remember, hotel reservations can be canceled but may be difficult to make closer to the date of the meeting.
